New Solutions and Operations Director for Norbert Dentressangle

Norbert Dentressangle Logistics UK has appointed Brian McDill in the role of Solutions and Operations Director. Brian (51) joins Norbert Dentressangle from Wincanton where he held director level roles including Managing Director, FMCG Division and Managing Director – Operations, Manufacturing Division, during which time he worked with major customers including GlaxoSmithKline, Heinz, Masterfoods, Procter & Gamble and Unilever.

Most recently, Brian was responsible for the highly successful merger and transition of Wincanton’s chilled business to Culina Logistics in 2008. At Norbert Dentressangle, Brian will take responsibility for business development, solution design, IT and technical services in order to grow the company’s strong presence in the FMCG, retail, manufacturing and multi temperature controlled logistics sectors.

Based at Norbert Dentressangle’s Head Office in Northampton, Brian reports to Malcolm Wilson, Managing Director of Norbert Dentressangle Logistics UK. Malcolm said: “Brian is a highly experienced and skilled individual who shares our commitment to long-term partnerships built on operational excellence, flexibility and honesty. It is my pleasure to welcome him to our UK leadership team.”
