Get Your Used Truck Online

Buying a used truck can be a cost-effective solution, especially when you can buy from a company that you know and trust. In order to make it even easier to buy a quality used lift truck from Toyota Material Handling Europe, the company has launched an “online warehouse” where customers can check the available Toyota and BT used equipment for their region and immediately order the product.

Online shopping
The “online warehouse” platform is currently available in fifteen European countries, including Germany, France, and Sweden. In four additional countries, customers can already check the availabilities and immediately contact a sales representative. Online ordering is scheduled to be available soon in those countries as well.

Approved Used Trucks
The tool collects the complete Toyota Material Handling product line-up, from pallet trucks up to Toyota counterbalanced forklifts and BT warehouse equipment. All the products are Approved Used products, which means Toyota Material Handling stands behind the quality of the used trucks in the same way that it does with its new products.

Toyota Material Handling has trained professionals in every market in Europe who are specialists in checking and approving these used trucks. In Germany Norman Memminger is responsible for this process: “My colleagues and I put all trucks through a full safety check and certification according to the local legislation. First we check if all maintenance and repairs have been carried out using genuine Toyota and BT parts. If that is the case, we check every item carefully, with even extra attention for functional defects to key components. This approval process allows us to deliver every Approved Used Truck with a comprehensive handover pack including an operator manual and a full service history.”

Support packages
Every Approved Used Truck also comes with a choice of flexible support packages to give customers additional peace of mind and to help protect the value of their investment. Support options are linked to local market requirements and include an Approved Used Truck warranty, with warranty plans ranging from one month to one year guarantee on key components and Approved Used Truck service plans. Approved Used trucks are eligible for any of Toyota Material Handling’s Rental Solutions and Rental Solutions in the same way as the new trucks.
